Trim the wick: Before each use, trim the wick to ¼ inch (6 mm) using a wick trimmer or sharp scissors. This helps maintain a clean flame and prevents excessive smoke or dripping.
Place on a heat-resistant surface: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Place it on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials like curtains, decorations, or overhanging objects.
Burn for intervals: For optimal burning and to avoid overheating the glass, burn the candle for up to 4 hours at a time, then let it cool completely before relighting.
Recycle the container: Once the candle is finished, dispose of the remaining wax. You can then reuse the beautiful Blue Pottery container for storage or decorative purposes.
