Shipping Policy

Organiks Plus ships orders across Pakistan using TCS.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time after dispatch.

Shipping charges

Customers pay a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 on orders below PKR 7,000. Shipping is free on orders of PKR 7,000 and above.

Cash on delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide in Pakistan.

Delivery times and delays

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination. Please contact us for the current estimate for your city, town, or rural area. Processing time is not a delivery estimate.

Tracking

For help checking the dispatch or delivery status of your order, please contact us with your order number.

Address changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. We will check whether the change can still be made before confirming it.
