About Umeed-e-Noor
Umeed-e-Noor (UEN) is a non-profit and non-government organization, registered under Section 6 of Islamabad Capital Territory Charities Registration, Regulation and Facilitation Act, 2021.
UEN was established in 1995, by a group of individuals to provide an enabling environment for special needs children so that they can maximize their potential, learn skills and gain the confidence necessary to become productive members of our society.
The basic idea was not only to create a home for the special children but to have an awareness in society about their development and needs.
